Wladimir is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, and executing return driven investments across the German PBSA market.
Wladimir started his career working for Catella as an Investment Analyst, before joining International Campus (Brookfield) in 2019 where he was part of the Investment team. In his role as a Transaction Manager, he participated in transactions totalling c. €500MM.
Wladimir holds a MSc in Real Estate from International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg (IREBS)
