We create award-winning residential investments in the flourishing Residential Living sector in the UK and Iberia.
Our strategy is underpinned by strong underlying megatrends: increasing urbanisation, a desire for high-quality, flexible rental homes and growing global demand for higher education.
Laser-focused on the highly resilient “living “ sector that is primed for growth, we have successfully delivered twelve substantial Residential Living projects, consistently delivering in excess of 20% IRR for our partners.
Multifamily housing
Demand for flexible, managed rental housing is expanding across Europe, driven by urbanisation, strong growth in the number of households, generational life style preferences and rising house prices.
Building on our strong track record in the multifamily sector, we will grow our portfolio to 1500 homes with a GDV in excess of £500m.
Student housing
Shifting wealth distribution and strong global demand for higher education has resulted in a shortage of high-quality student housing.
Creating vibrant communities where students can live, study and socialise, we are delivering 2000 student beds across our portfolio in the UK and Iberia, with full occupancy levels.
Co-living
The Co-Living sector taps into an escalating demand for high-quality, flexible accommodation that caters to young professionals who are accustomed to shared economy and social engagement models.
Attractive and community-led accommodation has been a growing trend for ‘millennials’ and young professionals moving to urban locations.
Sustainability is central to the millennial ethos and to our Co-Living model. Through building design and management, we foster circular economies that meet occupier demand for a more sustainable lifestyle.
Our ambition is to develop a £200m pipeline over the next five years.
