Wim is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, and executing return-driven investments across the Netherlands, with his sole focus on the PBSA market. Prior to joining AMRO, he served as a residential investments advisor at Capital Value in the Netherlands and as an Investment Analyst at Round Hill Capital. Throughout his previous roles, he participated in PBSA transactions totaling over €350MM. Wim holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management.
