Ami Kotecha

Ami’s area of expertise lies at the intersection of sustainable real estate, technology and data. She leads on Amro’s strategic vision for being a next-generation, ‘green’ living sector specialist. Ami is responsible for establishing Amro’s data science and AI capabilities that are embedded across the group’s vertical value chain.
Ami holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an M.Phil. from University of Cambridge.
She is a Board member of the British Property Federation, President of the Cambridge Universirty Land Society, Past Chair of the UK Proptech Association and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is often asked to present her views as an industry thought leader on innovation, sustainability and the transformational potential of data and AI on the built environment sector.
