The Rex sees a reuse of existing substructure and superstructure for the provision of a new micro-living development with the ambitions to be one of Kingston’s most sustainable buildings. The scheme will provide shared internal amenities for residents to enjoy, such as lounges, communal kitchens and dining spaces, a wellness centre and co-working spaces. This new addition to Kingston town centre will provide 210 contemporary micro-living apartments with co-working spaces, amenity and rooftop views.
