The Project
Amro Alicante is a 274-bed student housing project located in San Vicente del Raspeig, within walking distance to Universidad de Alicante campus.
The €28m GDV project will comprise a mixture of ensuite, twodios and studios, alongside dedicated study spaces and shared facilities including canteen, gym, green areas and swimming pool. The scheme is designed to achieve a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating in addition to Wiredscore “Platinum” and Fitwel “3*”.
