Madrid and Pamplona projects secure WiredScore Platinum ratings

March 28th, 2023

We’re proud to announce that Amro’s student housing projects in Madrid and Pamplona have been awarded the coveted WiredScore Platinum rating for digital connectivity. Along with Amro Seville and Valencia, these are the only four residential buildings in Europe to achieve the highest possible certification.

WiredScore, the company behind the WiredScore and SmartScore rating schemes, is the real estate industry’s leading certification company focused on assessing, certifying, as well as improving the digital connectivity and smart technology of today’s homes.

To achieve the Platinum rating, we have demonstrated that the buildings are future proofed with features including high-speed internet connectivity, a designated telecommunications room, secure Wi-Fi in community spaces and reliable mobile phone call capabilities throughout the building.

Raj Kotecha, co-founder and CEO of Amro Partners, said, “We’re focused on creating Europe’s most ESG-friendly residential portfolio, providing best-in-class design, connectivity and student experience. I’m delighted to see our Madrid and Pamplona projects following in the footsteps of Valencia and Seville to become the only student housing projects in Europe to achieve a WiredScore Platinum rating.”

Tom McClellan, Country Director, UK & Ireland and Growth Markets, at WiredScore said, “Amro Partners has set a new bar for digital connectivity in the Spanish PBSA sector and demonstrated its commitment to future-proofing its student housing portfolio for years to come. We are proud to continue working with them as they set the standard for connectivity in the market.”
