The Green Rooms in MediaCityUK has won all six HomeViews awards for the second consecutive year in a resounding thumbs up for our flagship multifamily project.
HomeViews have updated their Build to Rent rankings based on the collective reviews of verified residents, with The Green Rooms taking the top spot in every category including value, management, facilities, location, design – and the coveted Rating of Excellence, which is awarded to buildings that have achieved an overall rating of at least 4 out of 5 stars.
The Green Rooms is a 238-unit BREEAM ‘Excellent’ multifamily property located in the heart of Salford’s vibrant cultural hub, with views overlooking the waterfront and Manchester’s iconic skyline. Operated by AmroLiving, the £56m GDV project is now 90%+ leased – an incredible achievement considering it launched in the middle of the pandemic.
