The Rex will be an exemplar 212 unit co-living development which will transform the vicinity of Kingston Station with a highly sustainable building. The scheme will be BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwell 3*.
The Rex sees a reuse of existing substructure and superstructure for the provision of a new co-living development and will be one of Kingston’s most sustainable buildings.
Amro formed a joint venture with NTT UDE to develop the scheme with practical completion expected in Q3 2025.
