Setting a new standard for the multifamily housing sector, Botanical House will be an exemplar BTR scheme which will achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwel 3*.
The site was acquired on an unconditional basis in December 2021.
Planning approval was obtained in July 2024 for 447 BTR units with associated amenity space including co-working, wellness centre/gym, residents lounge, children’s play area, and roof terraces, and community space.
The construction works will commence in Q3 2025.
