Amro Valencia Puerto is the second asset in the city for Amro. The project will feature a 221-bed building located in Avenida del Puerto, within just 15 minutes commuting distance by public transport to Avenida de los Naranjos campus.

The €30m GDV project will comprise a mixture of ensuite, twodios, doubles, threedios and studios, alongside dedicated study spaces and shared facilities including canteen, gym, green areas and swimming pool. The scheme is designed to achieve a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating in addition to Wiredscore “Platinum” and Fitwel “3*”.
