Amro plans 170-bed accommodation in Valencia

The student residential market is warming up: Amro Real Estate has completed the purchase of a sizeable plot in Valencia where it plans to build its fourth student residence in Spain.

Specifically, the asset, which ecompasses 5,000 buildable square meters, will offer 170 beds. The construction of the new residence will begin in 2020 and is expected to be operational in summer 2022.

Among other services, the property will have a rooftop pool and gym.
