Amro buys a building to develop new student accommodation in Seville

We estimate that the works of adaptation of the building, which has 9,300 square meters, will begin this summer and will be inaugurated in January 2021. The student hall will have communal areas, group study areas, dining room, gym and parking.

Located between the campuses of the universities of Seville, Pablo Olavide and Loyola Andalucía, it could serve 38,600 students enrolled in the three academic centers.
