Amro Valencia Puerto attracts €19.5m Fiera development loan

3-year €19.15m development loan facility will finance the construction of 221-bed PBSA project in Valencia, Spain
Transaction is our second deal with Fiera, following a €17.5m 3-year development loan to fund our PBSA project in Alicante, announced in March this year
The project will achieve the highest possible ESG standards including BREEAM Outstanding, Fitwel 3* and WiredScore Platinum
Construction commenced in April 2024 and is scheduled to complete in December 2025
