The Nest will provide c.450 BTR apartments with associated amenity including co-working, wellness centre/gym, residents lounge, children’s play area, and roof terraces. The structural frame of the existing 200,000 sqft office building will be retained to reduce embodied carbon. The completed scheme will provide a GDV of c.£185m.
