The Project
Setting a new standard for the multifamily housing sector, Amro Croydon will be an exemplar BTR scheme which will achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwel 3*.
Croydon Park Hotel was acquired on an unconditional basis in December 2021. Planning is being sought for c.500 BTR apartments with associated amenity space including co-working, wellness centre/gym, residents lounge, children’s play area, and roof terraces. The completed scheme will provide a GDV of c.£200m.
