The Nest

Setting a new standard for the multifamily housing sector, The Nest will be an exemplar BTR scheme which will achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwel 3*.

The Nest will provide c.450 BTR apartments with associated amenity including co-working, wellness centre/gym, residents lounge, children’s play area, and roof terraces. The structural frame of the existing 200,000 sqft office building will be retained to reduce embodied carbon. The completed scheme will provide a GDV of c.£185m.

Botanical House

Setting a new standard for the multifamily housing sector, Botanical House will be an exemplar BTR scheme which will achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwel 3*.

The site was acquired on an unconditional basis in December 2021. Planning has been submitted for 447 BTR apartments with associated amenity space including co-working, wellness centre/gym, residents lounge, children’s play area, and roof terraces, and community space. The completed scheme will provide a GDV of c.£200m.
