Press Works will be an exemplar BTR and Co-living scheme which will achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwel 3*.
The site was acquired on an subject to planning basis in September 2022.
A planning application was submitted in March 2025 for 312 BTR units and 195 co-living units with associated Class E and residential amenity. The BTR and Co-living elements are separate and can be operated independently.
The construction works will commence in Q4 2025.
