We’re very proud and excited to announce that the forward funding transaction with Pension Insurance Cooperation (PIC) for The Wiltern, our BTR project in Ealing, has been shortlisted for ‘PRS Deal of the Year’ at Property Week’s prestigious RESI Awards 2022.
The Wiltern, developed by Amro Partners, is PIC’s second fully owned and self-funded Build to Rent project. Once complete in autumn 2023, the building will provide 278 apartments alongside c.16,000 sq ft of external amenity space and c.10,000 sq ft of internal amenity space including co-working areas, fitness studio, pet spa, roof terraces, children’s play area, and sports lounge.
Sitting alongside the iconic Grade II Listed Hoover Building, The Wiltern will draw on its Art Deco aesthetic to create a highly sustainable new landmark in a thriving West London location with high demand for quality rental housing.
The Wiltern is a net zero carbon development designed to achieve 62% above Part L compliance on completion in 2023, setting a new standard for the sector.
The Amro team, alongside advisor Savills and investor PIC, congratulates all the other shortlisted parties and looks forward to the awards ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House on 11th May 2022.
The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, recognise the residential property sector and its successes, bringing together over 1,300 key players including developers, landlords, housebuilders, operators, investors, financiers, advisors, and local authorities.
