Malaga has a deficit of places to accommodate new students who move to live in the capital of the Costa del Sol to complete their studies.
With this in mind, Amro Real Estate Partners has announced that it will build a residence for 230 students locally.
The new building will be in the Teatinos neighbourhood, just adjacent to the university district, where the campus is located with the bulk of the faculties of the University of Malaga.
This new investment is just part of Amro’s ongoing expansion in Spain and Portugal.
